Corporate legal counsel, anti-corruption expert, and insolvency expert. He currently heads the “Bayt Al-Sharikat” law firm, which specializes in arbitration and providing legal consultations. Mr. Nuzha previously served as a General Controller of Companies, during which time he held membership in the National Committee for Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing, in addition to being a board member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Mr. Nuzha also served as a member of the Anti-Corruption Commission board following his retirement with the rank of Colonel from the Jordanian Armed Forces, where he served as a military judge and subsequently as a public prosecutor at the State Security Court.
