Along with the graduation of a number of our employees from the “Finance for Non-Financial Managers” training program, which was conducted by Tanmia-Jordan for employees of microfinance institutions, the training program was held both in-person and virtually, featuring many interactive exercises and the administration of pre- and post-tests for the participants.
