Believing in the pivotal role the microfinance sector plays in achieving the strategy of financial inclusion, human, and economic development, and with the support of the Central Bank of Jordan for initiatives aimed at developing a sustainable microfinance industry in the Kingdom, improving service channels for financial institution clients, and enabling clients to deal with the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic, a capacity-building project for microfinance sector clients was launched. This initiative, led by the Central Bank of Jordan with the participation of all microfinance companies and in cooperation with the “Microfinance Network” in Jordan, includes the dissemination of educational materials that contribute to enhancing the level of financial awareness among sector clients.
